Common questions
Can I change my safety preferences?
Yes. Open the app settings and choose the option to review safety preferences. These answers are stored locally on your iPhone in the current app.
How do I delete my data?
See Data Deletion. In the current app, deleting the app removes local PacedBreath app data from that device. Apple Health samples written with your permission may need to be managed separately in Apple Health.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PacedBreath Premium to change or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Why is the app silent?
Check the app's audio, voice, ambient tone, and opening or closing sound settings. Also check the iPhone mute switch, volume, Focus mode, and Bluetooth output.
Can PacedBreath help during a difficult moment?
PacedBreath is general wellness software. A slower breathing practice may help some people feel more settled, but the app is not emergency support, treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. If you are in distress or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
